Terms and refund policy
These terms apply to all services provided by Regrow, owned by [FIRST NAME LAST NAME], [ADDRESS], Germany ("we"). Our services are for businesses and creators acting in a professional capacity.
1. Service
We edit your long-form videos (podcasts, interviews, webinars) into short-form clips. The plan you buy sets the number of clips, the turnaround and the extras.
2. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have the rights to, the content you send us, and that we may edit it for you. You keep all rights to your content and to the clips we deliver. We do not publish your clips anywhere without your permission.
3. Delivery and revisions
We deliver clips within 72 hours of receiving your episode, unless we agree otherwise. Each batch includes one round of revisions, which you need to request within 7 days of delivery.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. The trial is paid once, upfront. Monthly plans are billed upfront each month and renew automatically. Prices are in EUR, and VAT is added where it applies.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@regrowhq.com or through the customer portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access to the clips for that month. There is no minimum term.
6. Refunds
- Trial: if we don't deliver within 72 hours of receiving your episodes, you get a full refund. Once clips have been delivered, the trial is not refundable, but you can still use the revision round.
- Monthly plans: we don't refund partial months. If we fail to deliver the clips included in a month, we refund the undelivered share pro rata.
- To request a refund, email hello@regrowhq.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Liability
We work carefully, but we can't guarantee specific view counts, followers or revenue. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is [CITY], to the extent permitted by law.
